Vijay Srinivasan (Vijay) co-founded Effectus with JP Singh. Prior to establishing Effectus, Vijay was VP & Managing Director of Invensys India, a subsidiary of the globally renowned automation industry major. He built the business of Invensys in India over the previous four years, with significant successes in the Indian marketplace which were derived from building a strong, effective sales team and customer relationships. Vijay has had a string of successful business experiences in both large multinationals and start-up organizations in Singapore, Malaysia and India over the past 29 years. He has worked in leadership roles in Bharti Airtel, U21Global, Sybase, Ariba, IBM and Wipro Infotech. Vijay has had a strong and diversified experience in business development, sales, new market identification / development, strategic work relating to business models, and excellent relationship-based positioning with top executives in a B2B enterprise setting. Vijay has an Electronics & Communication Engineering Degree from AC College of Engineering & Technology, followed by MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Vijay is passionate about building world class, high-performance sales teams who create positive impact on their organization’s growth objectives. He believes that sales teams can be trained and equipped to deliver customer satisfaction by fulfilling their unmet needs in a creative manner. Currently, Vijay is a Honorary Advisor to Effectus.
